Sewerby Hall sits in landscaped gardens on the clifftop just north of Bridlington. There’s an old walled garden, a small zoo and aviary, and a museum in the house with a room devoted to the aviator Amy Johnson, who grew up nearby and opened the park to the public in 1936. A gorgeous spot for a family afternoon with plenty of sea air. Paid entry and seasonal; Bempton station is about 3km away.
