Y Cwt Caws is a small family cheesemaker at Cors yr Odyn near Dulas, making artisan goats’ cheese from its own herd. It’s a producer rather than a visitor spot, so look for the cheeses at farm shops and markets around Anglesey, or near Derimon Smokery just up the coast.
