Wiston Estate makes well-regarded sparkling wine at North Farm below the Downs near Washington, from vines the Goring family planted on the chalk in 2006. There’s a cellar door for tastings, guided tours, and the Chalk restaurant using Sussex produce, all by advance booking. West Worthing station is about 8km to the south.
