Come in summer for the pick-your-own: Scaddows Farm, on the lane between Ticknall and Hartshorne in south Derbyshire, is best known for its strawberries, raspberries and currants. The Webster family have since planted Solaris vines and make still and sparkling wine alongside the fruit, and there’s a tearoom, with pumpkins to pick come autumn.
