Rathfinny is a large sparkling-wine estate above Alfriston in the Cuckmere valley, started by Mark and Sarah Driver in 2010 and now among England’s biggest single sites. There’s a cellar door and tasting rooms, a restaurant, and a self-guided trail down through the vines to the village. Seaford station is about 4km to the south-west.
