Nc’nean makes organic whisky out at Drimnin, at the end of a long single-track road on the Morvern peninsula, looking across the Sound of Mull. It’s a young distillery with a real sustainability bent, running on renewable energy and organic barley. Tours are available, but it’s genuinely out of the way, so book ahead and plan the drive — most people come via the Corran Ferry.
