Camas nan Geall
Local highlightApproximate location — this spot is pinned to the nearest village, so the exact point may be a little way off.
A crescent of green fields and shingle on Loch Sunart, Camas nan Geall is one of the loveliest viewpoints on the Ardnamurchan road. There’s a lay-by on the B8007 to take in the sweep of the bay, and a path leads down to a tall standing stone and the ruins of an old chapel and burial ground. Well worth the pull-in on the way west.
