Glengoyne straddles the Highland Line at Dumgoyne, north of Glasgow — the stills sit in the Highlands while the whisky matures across the road in the Lowlands. Founded in 1833, it makes an unpeated Highland malt and runs well-regarded tours from its visitor centre. Milngavie is the nearest station, about 9km south.
