At West Clerkland Farm outside Dunlop, this farmhouse dairy has revived the traditional Dunlop cheese that took the village’s name, made again from the herd’s own milk. There are farm sales, but it’s a working dairy — check ahead before you turn up. About 2km from Dunlop station.
