Here the wood-fired sauna parks up outside the Castle Semple Visitor Centre, and you cool off in Castle Semple Loch. A long slipway lets you get into the water without wading through the muddy bottom, and the outdoor centre tests the loch every month. It’s about a mile’s walk from Lochwinnoch station if you’d rather leave the car at home.
