Eastwood Forest Sauna is a log-fired sauna set among trees just south of Newton Mearns, about twenty minutes from Glasgow. Its sessions are sold as sauna and ice, with ice-water barrels and a cold shower for cooling off between rounds, and social sessions take up to eight people. There are also guided sauna rituals led by trained sauna masters.
