Bells of Lazonby is a long-running family bakery in the Eden-valley village of Lazonby, turning out breads, cakes and its well-known flapjacks and tarts that end up in shops and cafés right across the north. It’s primarily a producer rather than a visitor attraction, but the village sits on the scenic Settle–Carlisle railway, which makes a lovely way to reach this quiet corner of Cumbria.
