St Peter's Church, Hampton Lucy
An unusually ambitious village church, built in 1822–26 for the Lucy family of Charlecote by Thomas Rickman — the architect who coined the labels Norman, Early English, Decorated and Perpendicular. Its tall Gothic Revival nave and tower reach a near-cathedral scale over little Hampton Lucy beside the Avon; Gilbert Scott added the apsidal chancel in 1858. Stratford-upon-Avon station is about 6km to the west.
