Staffin Beach
Local highlightA sandy bay at An Corran on the Trotternish coast, backed by views up to the Quiraing. Staffin is best known for the dinosaur footprints exposed on the rocks at low tide, left by creatures that walked here around 165 million years ago. There’s a car park at the slipway. Come around low water to have a proper look for the tracks, and mind the slippery rocks.
