On Saturdays Whitby Wellbeing brings its horsebox sauna to Runswick Bay, beside the car park at the foot of the village where a slipway runs down to the sand. Sessions last an hour, with a North Sea dip between rounds if you want one, at your own risk. Daniel O’Connor set up Whitby Wellbeing after sauna and cold water helped him through burnout.
