Whitby Wellbeing sets up its trailer sauna at Upgang, known locally as the Ravine, on Friday afternoons. The beach here is backed by red cliffs and lies away from the crowds on Whitby’s main sands, with sunrise and sunset over the same stretch of sea in summer. Sea dipping between rounds is optional and entirely at your own discretion.
