Two Dorset friends set up the Bayside Sauna on the East Pier at West Bay, the harbour village below Bridport, and one of them grew up in the old West Bay coastguard cottage. The sauna is wood-fired, takes up to eight people and has wide panoramic windows onto the bay. Between rounds you cool off with a dip in the sea.
