On Eastbourne’s main resort beach, Luna Hut’s sauna stands next to the lifeguard station, a short walk east of the Wish Tower, the Napoleonic-era Martello tower on the seafront, with views along to the pier. There are beach hut changing rooms, a cold plunge and a cold shower beside the sauna, and the sea for a swim. It’s one of four Luna Hut beach saunas on the Sussex coast.
