Holborn Head is a short cliff walk from the harbour at Scrabster, leading out past rock arches and a deep sea geo to views over Thurso Bay and back to the town. The going can be boggy and the cliff edges are unfenced, so take care in a wind. Thurso station is a couple of km away, with the ferry to Orkney leaving from Scrabster just below.
