Dunnet Bay Distillers, at Dunnet on the North Coast 500, is the maker of Rock Rose gin and Holy Grass vodka, working just back from the bay. They run tours from April to September — a 30-minute express visit or a longer premium tour that includes a guided tasting — and booking ahead is required. A lovely stop to pair with a walk on Dunnet Beach.
