Hosts Sam Harper and Mike Dunn run Hilltop Sauna on the slopes of Stepney Hill Farm, on the western edge of Scarborough. Bark paths lead across the hillside from the saunas to a natural plunge pond, which is filtered through a bog and has its water checked every 48 hours. When the pond needs a rest, plunge tubs go out on the deck instead.
