Hen Cloud is the bold gritstone tor standing slightly apart at the southern end of the Roaches. It’s a steep, short pull to the top from the road below, and the summit gives a wide view over Tittesworth Reservoir and the Staffordshire moors. Open access land, popular with climbers on its crags. It pairs naturally with The Roaches next door for a longer walk along the edge.
