A Roman villa once stood here — today it survives as earthworks in Oxfordshire. The Albion Guide charts eight Roman villas in the county; this is one of them. It sits within the Cotswolds National Landscape. For arrivals by rail, Combe (Oxon) Station is 2.1 km to the east.
