South Solway Mosses is a National Nature Reserve in Cumbria, covering 9.7 km². It is one of 26 National Nature Reserves in the county. Only two of the county's National Nature Reserves are larger. It lies inside the Solway Coast National Landscape.

For arrivals by rail, Wigton Station is about 3.6 km to the south-east. Nearby National Nature Reserves include Drumburgh Moss and Finglandrigg Woods.
