A revived Victorian distillery just north of Annan, brought back to life in restored stone buildings after nearly a century shut. Tours walk you through the production floor and finish with a guided tasting, and the Maltings coffee shop is a good stop even if you’re not doing the whisky. Booking ahead is sensible. Annan station is a couple of kilometres south if you’re coming by train.
