Bryngarw Country Park fills a wooded valley on the edge of Brynmenyn, with the River Garw running through riverside paths, meadows and a lake. At its heart sits Bryngarw House and its restored walled and oriental gardens. Free to wander, with a car park and café by the house. Tondu station is about a kilometre and a half away.
