Graham Garrett’s restaurant with rooms occupies a 16th-century weaver’s cottage in the Wealden village of Biddenden, where a drummer-turned-chef sends out seasonal British cooking shaped by his travels. Four bedrooms let you linger over it. It sits well with a wander round Biddenden itself, or a day at Sissinghurst Castle and its famous gardens just to the west.
