Set high above Loch Tummel at Strathtummel, the Inn at Loch Tummel is a restored 19th-century coaching inn with rustic rooms and a bar looking out over the water. It’s a short drive from Queen’s View, the celebrated viewpoint down the loch towards Schiehallion, and makes a gorgeous spot to pause on the road west from Pitlochry.
