Faskally Wood is an ornamental woodland around a small loch just north of Pitlochry, planted for beauty as much as timber and criss-crossed with easy paths. It’s free to walk any time, but it’s best known as the setting for the Enchanted Forest, an autumn sound-and-light show that lights up the trees and water. That event is ticketed and books up early.
