The George and Dragon is a coaching inn on the main street of West Wycombe, a village largely owned by the National Trust. Above it stand St Lawrence’s church with its golden ball and the Hellfire Caves dug into the hill. The pub has rooms and does food. Saunderton station is about 4km north-west.
