A cluster of brick-and-flint cottages rings the green at Turville, with the church at its centre and the Cobstone windmill on the hill above. The village has stood in for screen locations time and again — the church featured throughout The Vicar of Dibley. It’s usually open by day, and an easy stroll from the Bull and Butcher on the green.
