The Bricklayers Arms is an ivy-clad 18th-century dining pub down a Chiltern lane at Flaunden. It has long been a favourite stop for walkers, with a log fire inside and a terrace for warmer days, and the food is well thought of locally. Chalfont & Latimer station is about 4km to the south-west.
