A contemporary brewery started in 2010, now based at Boxted Farm near Potten End, on the edge of the Ashridge estate. The taproom looks straight into the brewhouse and out over the fields, and serves the beer alongside wood-fired pizza on its open days. Check the times before heading over, as it isn’t open every day.
