Queen's Head
Local highlightA little two-room village local of scrubbed tables and settles, pouring Adnams straight from the barrel and keeping the food to soup, sandwiches and a plate of good cheese. Barely changed in generations, it has been a Good Beer Guide fixture since the 1970s. It makes a homely stop near the airfield museum at Duxford to the south-east, or before a riverside stroll at Grantchester.
