Mynydd y Glyn rises to 377 m (1,237 ft) in Rhondda Cynon Taf. It counts among the 1,546 Marilyns, British hills with at least 150 m of drop on every side. For more of the same, Cefn Eglwysilan and Garth Hill are close by. For arrivals by rail, Porth Station is 1.8 km to the north.
