Norton Priory’s walled garden is a peaceful Georgian garden of about three and a half acres, a short walk from the medieval priory ruins and museum at Runcorn. It holds the national collection of tree quince, alongside an orchard, a rose walk and old fruit trees trained against the brick walls. There’s an admission charge. Greenbank station is about 3km to the south-east.
