Wilkins is scrumpy the old way: a plain shed at Mudgley on the Isle of Wedmore, where cider is drawn straight from the barrel and poured into whatever you’ve brought to carry it. Nothing dressed up — just farmhouse cider and a bit of conversation. The farm shop is open to visitors, and it’s one of the last of its kind on the Levels.
