Henry Weston began making cider at Much Marcle in 1880, and the Weston family still runs the mill today. It’s the largest maker in the village and among the best known in the country, with guided mill tours several times a day taking in the old oak vat shed, plus a shop and the Scrumpy House restaurant. Everything is open daily. It sits in Much Marcle itself; Ledbury station is about 8km to the north-east.
