Torabhaig is Skye’s second single-malt distillery, opened in 2017 in a converted farm steading at Teangue in Sleat. It was the first new distillery on the island since Talisker back in 1830. The visitor centre is open for tours and tastings, and it’s an easy stop off the A851 if you’re heading down the peninsula. Check current opening times before setting out.
