Mallaig is the busy little port at the end of the Road to the Isles and the West Highland Line, still a working fishing harbour as well as a ferry hub. CalMac boats sail from here to Skye, the Small Isles and across to Inverie in Knoydart. A good place for fresh seafood while you wait for a sailing.
