Pràban na Linne — the Gaelic Whiskies house — blends and bottles its whiskies at Isleornsay in Sleat, among them Tè Bheag and the peaty Poit Dhubh. It’s a small Skye firm with a Gaelic heart; the drams are poured next door at Hotel Eilean Iarmain on the waterfront.
