Popty’r Dref is a traditional bakery in Dolgellau, turning out bread, bara brith and Welsh cakes in the middle of the dark-stone market town. A good stop for provisions before Cadair Idris or the Mawddach trail — and The Unicorn Inn is nearby if you’d rather sit down.
