Bluestone is a family sparkling-wine vineyard on the edge of Salisbury Plain near Amesbury, its Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier planted on the chalk. Brothers Nat and Toby McConnell put in the first vines in 2016 and named it for the bluestones of nearby Stonehenge. Tours and tastings run by arrangement.
