A small hillside church in the village of Gwytherin, once the resting place of St Winefride before her relics were translated away — the same saint venerated at St Winefride’s Well over at Holywell. In the churchyard stands a row of early stones, one of them inscribed. Open to visitors; a quiet spot well off the main roads.
