Sibsey Trader is a six-sailed tower mill of 1877, one of the last windmills built in Lincolnshire and now in the care of English Heritage. A long restoration recently brought its sails, cap and fantail back to full working order, and the tearoom sells produce made from the mill’s own organic stoneground flour. It stands just off the road north of Boston and opens on advertised days.
