Millport is the only town on the Isle of Cumbrae, a Victorian seaside resort wrapped by a ten-mile coast road that’s a favourite gentle cycle. It’s home to the Cathedral of the Isles, the smallest cathedral in Britain. Reach it on the quick CalMac ferry from Largs, then a bus or a bike across the island.
