The Saltwater Sauna’s Lulworth sauna stands on a plinth on the left-hand side as you walk down into the cove, with a sea ladder for getting in and out of the water. It’s wood-fired and holds eight. You change at Lulworth Lodge, a two-minute walk up the road, where there are heated outdoor changing rooms and a spring-water shower. The operator warns the plinth and ladder aren’t easy for everyone.
