East of Lulworth, Mupe Bay is a small cove of clear water, rockpools and toppled rock, reached over the cliffs past the fossil forest. It lies inside the Lulworth army ranges, so it opens only at weekends and during holiday firing breaks — check the range walk times before setting out. The clifftop walk from Lulworth Cove is steep in places. Wool station is about 7km north.
