The Leas is a broad clifftop promenade above Folkestone, laid out in Victorian times with lawns, gardens and a bandstand looking out across the Channel. A restored water-lift carries you down the cliff to the beach. It runs along towards the Folkestone Harbour Arm. Folkestone Central station is about 1km to the north.
