Set in the 350 acres of Drove Orchards on the north Norfolk coast, a locally made Finnish-style sauna heats to 80 to 100°C on electricity. Social sessions seat six; private and family bookings take up to eight. Two filtered Chilli cold-plunge tubs do the cooling, since there’s no open water on site. The orchards’ farm shop and food stalls are a short walk away.
